Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags must be included.

  • The product must not be assembled, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different model, color, or size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with the exchange process based on product availability.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or accidents

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)

  • Opened hygiene-related baby products where resale is not possible

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund (subject to product availability and your preference)

To help us process your request quickly, please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a Goodsy.lk error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order placed by the customer, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Processing Time

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
